It is coincidental that I am releasing this five years after writing it. Yet it feels right.

For some people, depression limits their ability to feel the full range of emotions. For others, it limits their ability to function and do the normal duties of life. This song is about (and dedicated to) the latter.

I've had these things all suggested to me. For some reason, they seem easier said than done. I have a feeling a lot of people in the world can identify with this.

This may seem like a difficult listen to you but that's just four minutes in my head. Hah.
